Booking Form

The Booking Form (see example below) contains all information relevant to a customers travel and is generated for each reservation made by the user. Beyond information about the reservation, the Booking Form contains information to support the agent in making the booking, ranging from customer information, booking information relevant to the booking being made (e.g. flight policy when booking a flight) and destination information, relevant to the travellers destination.

In addition, real-time quality control takes place whilst the reservation is being made and the booking form contains a list of all queue tasks related to the booking form.

The Booking Form consists of different sections, whose content is displayed based on user selection or the context of the booking process. In the example above containing an availability for Amadeus, Quality Control tasks, Corporate and Agency policy and SpeedFares are displayed based on the information entered in the Amadeus availability.
