Profiles

Four levels of profiles can be stored in SkyGate Front: Concern, Group, Account and Traveller. Profiles are fully synchronised with the GDS and can be populated from an external source - e.g. accounts can be created and maintained from the back-office and travellers from e.g. a corporate travel portal. 

Profiles are built hierarchically to reduce manual input. Thus is flight contract applies for a concern, all its group and all the groups accounts, the contract only needs to be entered once - at the concern level and utilised for all accounts.

A wealth of information can be stored in the profile and used actively in the front office - not least the setting of the real-time quality control parameters.
