SpeedFares SkyGate SpeedFares

The market for low cost carrier solutions has exploded during the past few years. SpeedFares is SkyGates low cost airline search engine that ensures that you can offer the best prices to your customers.

SpeedFares is unique. A single entry in your preferred GDS is sufficient to initiate both the GDS search and a SpeedFares search across more than 240 low cost airline sites in Europe, Asia and America, 200 classic airline sites, 150 travel agency sites and 15 train sites. There is no need to re-enter data to initiate a low cost search and the SpeedFares response is immediately available next to the GDS display.

It couldn't be easier to make sure that you are offering your customers the best available prices, and all this is available for a fixed yearly fee of 395 Euro's - no click fees to worry about.

SkyGate SpeedFares is available both as a stand-alone product and a fully integrated part of Newport.

SkyGate Front SkyGate Front

SkyGate Front is our customer centric, productivity enhancing multi-channel front-office solution. SkyGate Front brings together the wealth of information that is necessary for an agent to make the right decisions at the right time - increasing customer loyalty and profitability. Customer policy and requirements, traveller preferences, contracts, low-cost alternatives, destination information and agency rules - are just a few of the parameters that the travel counsellor needs to take into account when serving a customer and that are readily available via SkyGate Front.

SkyGate Front makes information available based on the what-when-where principle - what is needed, when it's needed and where it's needed, to ensure that only the most relevant information is available at any time.

In addition, SkyGate Front contains real-time quality control so that the counsellor is never in doubt about what needs to be done to complete the booking, a "super PNR" for multi-channel follow-up and complete itineraries, time monitoring so that you can easily track how much time you are actually spending on a customer and many, many more features.

SkyGate CRM SkyGate CRM

Although Customer Relationship Management has been a hot topic on the management agenda for years, few travel agencies have had the tools to implement a CRM strategy. SkyGate CRM gives you the tools to improve customer service through all customer contact points and build long lasting relationships with your customers.

SkyGate CRM has be designed specifically to support, improve and ease the daily work routines throughout the travel agency and contains five fully integrated modules: Sales management, Account management, Claim management, Profile Management and Supplier Management.

Information is stored in a single database and available throughout the organisation. Eliminated are the independent silos of otherwise related information, that exists in many travel agencies today.
