Adaptable,
scalable and fully automated Travel Management application
integrating the supply chain for global travel management.
SkyGate5 was launched at the “FVW Kongress Zukunft” in
Germany, September 2001 as a new member of our Travel
Solutions Product Portfolio.
Addressing travel agencies and corporate travel departments,
we have developed SkyGate5 based on our long experience in
corporate travel management. The system matches travel
requests with travel policies and personal preferences
automatically and, based on that, enriches the CRS-commands.
On top of this, a workflow system manages activities to be
performed for travel requests and distributes the workload
among processing staff and towards the individual traveller.
The system was made to optimise the entire process, automate
activities and gathers transaction data with minimum time gap,
enabling business intelligence for vendor negotiation,
activity intelligence for optimised processing and new
customer services.
SkyGate5 is available in three different versions allowing a
quick and easy step-by-step implementation with low financial
and operational risks.
What is SkyGate5?
SkyGate5 is your corporate travel network integrating
travellers, travel administrators and travel service
providers, targeting enhanced service and reduced expenditure
based on real-time data consolidation. SkyGate5 comprises TM
objectives such as policy enforcement, instant and
personalised service, efficient processing and knowledge
aggregation for strategic vendor management.
Corporate travel departments and travel implants experience a
growing number of service products and procurement channels.
Corporate travel expenditure is growing, and traditionally
there is no way of procuring according to preferred suppliers,
responsible travel policies, and support traveller's prior,
during and after a travel. These tasks were simply too
complicated until we designed SkyGate5.
