SkyWeb

SkyWeb works in combination with SkyGate4 and enables corporations to get the benefits of internet booking while enforcing the corporate travel policy. In short, SkyWeb gives you the efficiencies of self-service and the control of centralized travel management.

With SkyWeb, individual travellers use the corporate intranet to make travel requests, manage travel approvals, request travel changes, view travel itineraries, view their travel history, update their travel profiles and more - either while at the office or on the road.

Travellers can access these forms anywhere they can access the corporate intranet - at home, while travelling, or at the office.

Determining Who's Where

Using the "Who's Where" screen, SkyWeb makes it possible for others to see the travel schedules of corporate travellers. Receptionists and other administrative support personnel typically use this screen. Because the Who's Where screen can be accessed via the intranet, even employees who are out travelling can find out the travel status of other corporate travellers. If confidentiality is an issue, the travel status of any traveller can be prevented from appearing in Who's Where.
