others to see the travel schedules of corporate travellers. Receptionists
and other administrative support personnel typically use this screen.
Because the Who's Where screen can be accessed via the intranet, even
employees who are out travelling can find out the travel status of other
corporate travellers. If confidentiality is an issue, the travel status of
any traveller can be prevented from appearing in Who's Where.
